I appreciate them resolving the matter and taking accountability. Edit: I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times after they responded to this review with no success. I've been promised a call by the district manager but it hasn't happened. There has been no attempt to rectify the situation, only a response to seem well intended to the general public. Stay away from this place. My mother in law went to this location requesting assistance because her iPhone 14 was having trouble accessing email. Instead of resolving a very simple issue Steve convinced her that her phone was too old to support the current update. He sold her an iPhone 17 on a new phone line that transferred to her number resulting in hundreds of dollars in additional fees and service changes. When she returned home with the new phone she had the same issue because clearly the phone wasn't the issue. When I was able to make it out to her I was able to fix the issue on both phones in less than 5 minutes. We went to store to return the phone that was sold to her under false pretenses today. Steve refused to refund a majority of the items/services purchased and even tried to charge a fee to transfer service back to her perfectly functional phone. He also didn't disconnect the additional line they added despite saying he would. I had to spend 45 minutes on hold with Verizon to get that done this afternoon. I requested to be contacted by a district manager because they couldn't provide his contact info. They've taken roughly $200 from us and provided nothing in return. As things currently stand I would strongly suggest avoiding this store. It's staffed by predatory commissioned sales people that have no incentive to provide basic customer service.
