I did not purchase my device here, she was overly kind and some someone not tech savy it really was great to have someone like her around. For over an hour. She fixed my phone went through what and how she did it. It was the best $30 ever spent. My phone is great, the experience was awesome. I can not wait to upgrade my phone in a few months here. This experience was nothing but positive!

I was blown away when she spent her own time making sure we got the best deal. She went to battle with those customer service agents for us. Not only did she get us new devices, she got us fully protection, upgraded AND LOWERED MY MONTHLY BILL! I was not expecting after the past with Verizon to have the experience I did. It can not be expressed enough the amount of kind, outgoing, and intelligence from the employees in this store.
