Six months later and weekly communications to Verizon Walpole Managers and Corporate, nothing has been resolved. Was told by staff multiple times everything was “all set”, when nothing was fixed. Still waiting on two buy-out credits and two “free phone” discounts. Multiple people in town are saying the same as well. Be cautious about their promotions.

She treated me like more than just another customer — she really cared about getting me the best deal and making sure I left happy. I couldn’t recommend her enough — if you go to the Walpole store, ask for Kristen!

Went in to check on my family plan to see if we were on the correct plan to which they were able to reduce my current bill. I then chose to upgrade my old device to the new iPhone and was instructed of all the great benefits and promotions I would receive. The technician made sure I had all the necessities for my new device to keep it protected, was able to transfer all my information and walk me through all the new updates to make sure I would be utilizing my new device in the best manner. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful. Can't thank Nate and his amazing crew enough! I will definitely be back and let everyone know this is the place to go!

A couple months later, an upgrade was applied to the wrong account resulting in me paying about $150 in fees for what was supposed to be a new phone. The phones we traded in have never been given back to Verizon. And the account that was supposed to be switched over and closed was never closed, resulting in two months of billing to a non-existent phone number. Lots of hassle and hours on phone with Verizon customer service to fix the problems, not to mention being out a few hundred dollars. Would not recommend going here.
