Raul Gonzales helped us today to transfer our data to an Iphone 12 my daughter gave us. He was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the IP12 and also set up our location finder. We really appreciate all the help he gave us.

I went here with my new iPhone 17 pro max to get the screen protector put on using some machine that my mother told me to take it in and have the protector applied with because she paid extra for that service. I went in, and as I was waiting for someone to take the screen protector to the machine, a guy asked the young man who had just checked me in what I needed. He sounded a bit rude but the young man told him that I was there to get the screen put on to which the guy replied, “well I could do that.” And he asked for my phone, and I asked him if he even worked there because the entire encounter was weird, at first he just sounded like a disgruntled customer pissed that I had skipped the line or something. Then I looked at the guy that checked me in and said, “I came to have a machine put this thing on.” And he said yea, he’ll handle it. The guy with my phone then proceeds to put my screen protector on by hand. And I tell him, well I could have done that. Where is the machine?! And he responds AFTER that the machine was broken. I’m so annoyed. If I wasn’t with my daughter and had already wasted enough time I would have requested a manager because not only is my screen protector on not as straight as the machine I asked for would have done it… but they ignored my request and put me in the middle of their weird energy. The worst. It’s why I switched to T-Mobile but they sent me to Verizon because they didn’t have the machine. Ugh. A mess. Zero stars. Update: I went back to Verizon, and a very competent and kind agent named Ryan helped me. He took the old crooked case with the air bubble around it off and showed me the device that would apply it properly and did so. His excellent customer service is what redeemed this experience for me.

Been a customer for 10 days. Guy I've been working with, great! 5G internet and customer service/tech support HORRIBLE. Keeps going down. Have spent hours and hours on the phone with them. Transfer after transfer 3 hour phone calls. Finally they escalate and tell me its the router. Go to this store to swap it out. At first, a little chaos. Then the guy who sold me the internet and phone and everything else steps in. They swap it out. As I'm driving home I get a text telling me my service has ended. Go to log into the Verizon App and I'm locked out. Back to the store I go. The store manager, Zach says to me "you don't need the app to set up the router" Lets think about this. Pause. My outdoor security cameras, my smart home devices, etc all on my existing wifi name and saved password. If I can't log into the App to change the wifi name/password I would have to manually change and update all my devices. The 1st router wouldn't let me plug into the WAN port with an ethernet cable. Wasn't about to risk this replacement doing the same thing rhe day before Xmas Eve. 2 hours at the store. Zach says to me "simmer down. We sell cellphones that's what we do here" Correct. They sell you stuff. Doesn't mean its working stuff. Doesn't mean its as advertised. Got that resolved at the store (had ro create a new log in over the phone with Verizon customer support as the employees just walked around me looking for walk in sales etc). Came home set it up. My cellphone says it can't find the IP address for my wifi network. It is now 3pm. Woke up at 7am tried to trouble shoot the down internet. Called them at 8am. And here I am...crappy internet that keeps cutting out. Devices at home that won't connect. "Try unplugging the router directives from call center reps all over our planet". If I have to unplug this thing one more time I'm running over it with my car. I will look for a better provider come Friday or go back to the one that I had (they're awful too but at least I had service). I bet you my salary, I am going to get stuck with the financial burden of having replaced my old phone with them and this holiday sales scheme. They sell phones, people. They just sell phones. I heard it straight from the store manager's mouth, Zach. UPDATE: Verizon responded to this review (below). I followed up with the link they shared. Have not heard back whatsoever. So, while they post publicly they want to make things "right". And are "escalating". It appears its just for show...

I rarely write reviews online, but this time it’s necessary for people to know that this store—specifically an employee named Cruz—misled customers in a way that could cause serious issues. While I was in the store yesterday, I asked him several times about the conditions for upgrading my phone, and he repeatedly told me there were “no strings attached.” However, I later received a notification from Verizon stating that I had been placed in a new 36-month agreement due to the upgrade. Just be careful.
