    Frustrating Experience with Order Pickup and Communication Issues I recently became a new Verizon Wireless customer on September 14, 2025, and placed an order to pick up two phones at this store 258 Daniel Webster Highway Nashua, NH 03060. After placing the order, I received no emails or notifications confirming when the devices were ready for pickup. After waiting three to four days with no updates, I had to call Verizon customer service myself, only to find out that the phones were already available for pickup. A few days later, I decided to exchange one of the iPhones for a model with more storage. Customer service assisted me over the phone and placed a new pickup order at the same store. Again, I received no communication—no emails, no app notifications—about the status of the order. When I checked the Verizon app, the order continued to show as "ordered" with no indication it was ready for pickup. Today, I received a notification saying the order was canceled due to failure to pick it up. How was I expected to pick it up when I was never informed it was ready? This experience has been incredibly frustrating. As a new customer, I expected better communication and smoother service.

    I just had the absolute best experience with Zachary and amaury. I purchased two iPhone 17 pro max 512 gp & two iPhone 16 pro max 256 gp beside I got home internet. Zack helped me to transfer my phone lines from T-Mobile to Verizon he was so patient and helpful with a lot of knowledge and experience to solve any problem I’m so happy with their incredible service. Thank you so much guys

    Second time working with David and Zack and they are awesome. Knowledgable, patient and very easy to work and speak with. If you want a great Verizon experience go see them you won’t be disappointed!

    I went to the store to purchase and activate a Gizmo watch this week, the salesperson clearly didn't show interest in helping me, asked me to go home and do the purchase online myself because it will impact his sales metrics. The salesperson put his own interest ahead of his customers, by refusing to accommodate my transaction request. As a longtime VZ custome that has both Fios and Wireless services for my entire family this was disappointing and outrageous. I will be looking for a new company since they are clearly not vested in supporting me as an existing customer.
