    I went in to upgrade my watch, and was talked into getting a new phone that was supposed to be free. I did not want a new phone. There was nothing wrong with my phone. I was told my phone bill would go down by $4 with this. Find out my bill went up $27. Went back to have them rectify the situation and was told that my bill would go down by $4 if I changed my daughter's plan. NOT WHAT I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD!!! This happens every time I do something with Verizon, whether this store or a different one. Their sales reps should no lie to customers to make their sale.
