I called corporate Verizon, and they explained this is Independant dealer and they suggest using Verizon for upgrade. Doing it over phone was cheaper and better trained sales reps!

After that, he doesn’t care anymore. This guys doesn’t really know what he’s doing. He promised to give us $1200 credits to pay bills for first few months but i NEVER get it, i even have all text evidence. Really unprofessional. If i could give him zero star, i would. All things he promised you is UNREAL. You won’t get anything from him. It’s literally FRAUD! Hopefully, nobody will get same experience like me.
