Much to my surprise, my experience at Verizon Russell Cellular was actually pleasant. In fact, the entire interaction was unexpectedly enjoyable. Peter Hoffman handled my trade in with ease while engaging with other customers in the store. He sought out available, qualifying credits and promotions that could be applied to my upgrade to lower my monthly fees. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and consistently went above and beyond while assisting me and other customers who visited the store.
