The rep I tried to remedy the situation with, Ian, was arrogant and couldn’t care less about my charges. Another rep refused to give me his name and they threatened to call the police on me. Not once did I raise my voice or swear. I encouraged them to call the police, I thought maybe they could help. They refused to give me a receipt. Verizon just lost a decades long customer and I’m still out $50…and who knows what I’ll find on my next bill. I drove to a “corporate “ store in Portsmouth to be told they have no responsibility for what the privately owned stores do.
