The man at the front of the store by the door told me “Not our problem “ the phone that they had to order for me seemed to be lost in transit. This person said call FedEx, I told him I had done that and all I got was a call center in India and they told me they would report the loss and not to call again. The same person then accused me of having a bad attitude and that justified his being extremely rude to me. I did get to speak to the manager on duty and he was nice enough and looked up my order and tracking . He said to give it another week and then come back and try and have the order cancelled. Unfortunately I wanted the phone for the holiday since mine was malfunctioning and unable to take photos. Sorry to say this is the last time I will use Verizon .
