  Very knowledgeable and helpful staff... The wait for a representative can be lengthy depending on what time you go unless you're making a quick purchase. There's also a kiosk available for bill pay.

  Will is an absolute legend, he knows exactly what you need and is very patient, knowledgeable, and will truly listened to your requests. He explained all of my options clearly without being pushy, and helped me find the perfect plan and device that fit my budget. His professionalism and friendly attitudes just made my entire process so much smoother and stress free! Will come next time!

  just canceled my plan with Verizon after calling the concord location to do so they redirected to customer service. I was asked many times why i want to cancel with them even tho that is none of their business but i have gotten a new phone and new carrier that works much better where i live. i paid the 127.65 to buy out the contract (even tho i have a no contract and gotten the phone as a prepaid phone at walmart) and after getting the email stating its done the lady just keep talking and talking and talking about how they are gonna keep charging me for all this other stuff and i finally snapped and told her im cancelling my plan i see the money has been taking off my card and got the email stating its canceled im not sure what other stuff you are talking about charging me for after you yourself said i just bought out the contract and my plan is canceled and just hung up Verizon your phone app has been nothing but a hassle and never worked for the over a year i have had you guys as a carrier your staff along with customer service couldn't even fix the issue. than i just had to pay 127.65 for a no contract phone to cancel with you guys as a carrier than the customer service trying to charge me for all this other stuff nope im not paying any more money to you guys. ive cancelled and paid you off if im to be charged anymore i will fight it everyone save you time and money verizon is just not good anymore and nothing but crooked i also see in reviews another person went thru similar issues its just not worth the hassle and scams they try to pull

  Incredible service! Went in for one thing, they helped with 5 different things! Super knowledgeable and impeccable team work. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders, really appreciate it.

  This has to be the worst run Verizon store in the country. Ordered a new phone online and they ended up shipping me the wrong phone. I called and spoke with a rep who told me to take it to this store and they would swap it out for the right one. The employee that was helping me was completely useless he had to go talk to his manager multiple times before finally coming back out and telling me I had to go the UPS to ship the wrong phone back before they would give me a new phone all while having his nasty feet on the desk we where sitting at. I finally asked him to get his manager. After 20 something years of being a customer i told them if they couldn't figure out how to fix their mistake I would take my business to T-Mobile, to which the manager replied "ok". Do not go to this store it is toxic from the top down.
