I had to rush my dog in for emergency diagnostics. Every single person was incredibly kind and caring. I know vet care…especially vet emergency care can be expensive, but they truly worked with me to create a plan that gave us as much information as possible while still focusing on treating my dog’s symptoms. Emergency vet work isn’t easy, but I felt so supported the entire time, and my dog was genuinely cared for. I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism we received during such a stressful moment. Highly recommend.

I would like to add and agree with my daughter about the care we received for Alexis. The care and compassion they have for your little love one could not be greater. It starts with the moment you walk in the place. The knowledge and expertise the staff has is outstanding. After we left Alexis with them, I had them do most communication with me since my daughter is a teacher and could not be taking calls during the day. Never once did I not know what was going on. The surgery Alexis needed was explained thoroughly of what would need to be done before, during and after the surgery asking for your approval before going forward. The communication also stayed open throughout recovery on how Alexis was doing. We still have our sweet Alexis because of the staff here. If your little loved one needs immediate attention I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had originally taken my cat, Alexis, to an urgent care that misdiagnosed her. When her symptoms didn’t improve, we decided to get another opinion—and I’m so glad we did. This team immediately found the real issue and performed life-saving surgery. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. From the front desk staff to the surgeons and technicians, everyone was so compassionate and made me feel completely at ease about leaving Alexis in their care. They kept me updated throughout her stay, both on her condition and the costs, so I always knew what was going on. I would recommend this emergency vet to anyone who needs someone to look at their animal right away. You can trust that your pet will receive the best care possible here. I’m forever grateful to them for saving Alexis’s life.

We were referred to the neurology department for our sweet pittie Glitter who was having neurological issues from our primary vet and went this week. Dr. Donaldson and the technician we worked with were amazing. We didn’t get the news we were hoping for, but Dr. Donaldson and his team made Glitter and myself feel extremely comfortable. He went in detail to describe what they found on the MRI and explained everything in a way I could process. He explained the options we had in a clear and kind way. Glitter can be nervous at the vet, but both Donaldson and the technician we had made her feel very comfortable and less anxious than she normally can be at vet offices. I feel much more better about going through this next step and process with a staff who you can tell truly cares about your pet and are very knowledgeable in what they are doing.
