Absolutely worst service I could imagine and I am happy my dog did not end up in their care. This past Friday, I rushed my dog here to be seen because he was visibly not well and was visibly very weak. I got my dog to walk into this "emergency" vet hospital and immediately was denied at the entry by the front desk lady. She stated "we want to close at 12 so we are only taking emergencies, got to Urgent Pet care in Papillion." Which was a 10 minute drive that I knew my dog was limited on his time. She denied him care without even hearing me out and I guarantee if you watch the cameras, you will see that is exactly what happened. My dog ended up dying at Urgent Pet Care due to liver failure, which if I am correct is an emergency. This place is a joke and the worst front desk staff I have ever met. Do not take your animals here if you care about them. I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and provided them all of the proof and receipts.

Our Levi was having serious digestive issues
We took him in at 3:00 am and the staff was very attentive and concerned. As it looked like cancer we had to make the tough call to have him put down. Everyone was very compassionate. Thank you.

My Yorkie was attacked and had her chest skin ripped from her body. Instead of helping her, I realized all you wanted was money. And if I couldn't pay you $4000.00 at the time you wouldn't do anything. Which you didn't. You left me no choice but put my sweet, beautiful, little baby put to sleep. To this day I still am haunted by that night. Why wouldn't you help? I thought you cared about animals. No, you cared about money only. I feel guilty, heartbroken, and very angry. And I will never understand your heartlessness towards me, but especially for my dog. Everyone of you should be ashamed of yourselves. I would have made payments to you but you wouldn't accept that. You are all heartless.

Unless an absolute true emergency. Do not go here. When I called the receptionist she made me feel like I needed to get my dog there asap because of the tremors and shakes my dog was experiencing in his hind legs. Being a naive new dog owner I did. A waste of time and money. I felt like they thought I was an idiot and unless I was willing to fork over $500+ dollars they weren’t even going to exam my dog. Which they didn’t.
Also, I have a rescue dog which is very attached and timid. He has anxiety.. all they insisted and were concerned about was sedating my dog and getting him put on long term trazadone for daily living and outtings.
If you want to go to a place where you and your animal don’t feel truly cared about as well as price gauged. This is it.
