Somehow five "stars" doesn't really cover how wonderful this place is, and the people who work there, particularly Dr. Sherrill. She cared for our two dogs, Ellie and Zoe, for the better part of two decades. And to say she did so with warmth and compassion would be a mighty understatement. I think back to the time when my young daughter came with to a yearly exam, and Dr. Sherrill lent her stethoscope and taught her to listen for Zoe's heartbeat. My daughter still talks about it years later. Dogs are family, and whatever higher power exists, I am thankful they gave us veterinarians like Dr. Sherrill to care for ours.

There caring and yes it’s expensive but they get the job done . I came to this vet when my dog had a chronic ear infection and they did a great job. Took a few appointments to cure it . But they took there time and did step by step on what wouldn’t work :) will be coming again

Super disappointed with our recent visit, we were treated quite poorly by one of the veterinarians whose name I’ll be kind enough to leave out. The level of care and attention to detail leaves much to be desired and the pricing is extremely high. Would never recommend.

Recently became a new client, but two months ago I had to go in for an emergency visit and they were so helpful and kind. I took Bigmac recently for updates to her vaccination record and the entire staff loved her and complemented how sweet she was. We even got a goodie bag!

I’m not a client here but a few days ago I was frantically calling every vet in the city to get my 4 month old kitty diagnosed with FIP some treatment. No vet in Omaha was comfortable with prescribing the newly legalized medication for FIP and I felt so hopeless. But when I called VCA at this location, they were happy to fit me into their schedule last minute and do what they can even though there wasn’t much they could do with this rarely studied disease and medication. In a moment of helplessness I felt after sitting in my car for two hours making 30+ phone calls, VCA gave me that little hope and made me feel safe and heard. No one was willing to take a look at my little Cleo except VCA, and I will be eternally grateful for their sympathy over the phone and willingness to walk me through the next steps of care. Without a doubt they are one of the BEST veterinary centers in the state.
