He handed me a sheet of paper with a list of phone numbers and told me to call the 1-800 number. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? worst customer service ever! Zero stars!

She explained everything and even advocated for me when things on the corporate side weren’t going through and out of their store’s control. She was so lovely to work with and got everything sorted out. Will be going back to her anytime I need something at Verizon!!
