    I understand being patient and waiting, so me waiting for help was no issue. However there was an elderly man that just wanted help with changing a credit card on his bill and instead of the man working saying "sir it will be a bit but I'll be right with you when I'm finish with this customer" he sent him away to do it by calling 611. A very old man. That pry wont hear as well, pry will get put on hold because Verizon sucks like that. We waited 15 min to buy a new IPhone. And have another new phone activated but instead we left because he was on the phone with Verizon helping a customer. If you have a store, Verizon needs to change how its done and just let the employees do the damn work. Unfortunately where I leave our options for service is limited. But the minute we have another option. Peace out Verizon. You treat your customers like crap!
