He explained the technology that I was experiencing and the upgrades that were made to prevent this since I bought that phone 6 years ago. I feel lucky that it didn't explode. He helped us decide the perfect upgrades and patiently assisted us with getting everything transferred. He also offered to be further support when/if needed. Who else does this at Cricket? No one else I've ever dealt with at Cricket has ever been so professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. This gentleman needs his own store and a promotion! I hope he never disappears.
