Even though they couldn’t directly take care of what I needed, they promptly pointed me in the right direction. They were also very kind and personable! I enjoyed our authentic and meaningful conversations while I waited to get my issue resolved—and the fact that I didn’t feel pressured to rush out! The other staff is very kind as well! I just can’t recall other names. This location always has a laid back zen vibe when I stop in—even when busy! 10/10! Thanks again for all you guys do! 🙏💚🙂

I am sick of them being rude to me and treating me like complete garbage. If I wasnt stuck with them in a contract and I owe them over 1,000 dollars on my phone I would be long gone. I traded in my iPhone to get $1,000 off my phone I got with them and I wish I never did because I cant stand how they treat customers. I have been to other verizons in NE and this is the only one I have been to that has been this rude. Whoever is the store manager or GM of this verizon needs to do some serious training in customer hospitality.
