    Service was good for awhile, but keep having too many service issues. They need to fix or expand towers, electrical systems or whatever these situations are they keep having. About ready to go to t-mobile or some other crap company because this is turning into a joke

    I was having issues applying for the Verizon Credit card at home and came in for help. Zach and Jeremy went above and beyond for me, without even trying! Even though they couldn’t directly take care of what I needed, they promptly pointed me in the right direction. They were also very kind and personable! I enjoyed our authentic and meaningful conversations while I waited to get my issue resolved—and the fact that I didn’t feel pressured to rush out! The other staff is very kind as well! I just can’t recall other names. This location always has a laid back zen vibe when I stop in—even when busy! 10/10! Thanks again for all you guys do! 🙏💚🙂

    Today was my breaking point.. ever single time I come to this location for help with my phone they are extremly rude to me and their attitude is terrible. I am sick of them being rude to me and treating me like complete garbage. If I wasnt stuck with them in a contract and I owe them over 1,000 dollars on my phone I would be long gone. I traded in my iPhone to get $1,000 off my phone I got with them and I wish I never did because I cant stand how they treat customers. I have been to other verizons in NE and this is the only one I have been to that has been this rude. Whoever is the store manager or GM of this verizon needs to do some serious training in customer hospitality.

    I visited the Columbus NE Victra Verizon store to purchase an iPhone 16. I talked with Cristal for information. She explained things thoroughly and was very patient in answering questions.
