The service was absolutely awful. I came in for a home internet return and was told they couldn’t do them in store after waiting for over an hour. The gentleman checking me in was very rude as well. If the representative would have explained that I could have simply dropped it off at a ups store instead of repeatedly being rude and made me feel stupid. I will never give Verizon my business again. A loyal customer for over 5 years to be treated like the dirt beneath their feet.

Joke of a store. Don't know how they expect parents of young children to be able to get assistance when they expect us to leave our young children in the vehicle. So I'll go out of town for now on for buying new phones. Second run in I've had in a row with this store and I'm done.
