    The kid told me he could save me money by going to a business plan. My bill went from $230 to $642 and he wasted time and took a month "helping" me just to tell me I just need to pay it. I refused and was in there constantly within that time. I ended up going to Kearney and going back to a consumer plan. But now I have a huge business bill plus I have to fight for a promotion for our upgrades we never would have done if we didn't listen to him. I will NEVER use this location! Kearney at least knows what they are doing. So upset over this! And he acted like it was no big deal. But he took 2 weeks to write the plan-and bragged about earning commission several times. And sadly there had been enough time that I had to start all over with a new consumer plan. We have been with them for 27 years to be jerked around. As of right now I have a $3500 amount owed, and I can't get anywhere being I started at this location. The kids in Kearney has been helping me, but its a process.

    I was on the phone with customer service for several hours between 9/30-10/2 trying to get a phone connected. But ended up having to get new number and another new phone. I finally had the Victra store in Broken Bow NE get me all set up on 2 new phones for myself and my neighbor. They handled the switching of phones and myself with grace, intelligence, and laughter after I had already been in their store on the phone with customer servicd, for several hours. They getting me with new phones and getting them both set up and data transferred all before they closed and me out the door being able to finally use our phones.
