    We had an extremely disappointing and frankly infuriating experience during our visit. We stood there for 15 minutes with zero assistance while the person who seemed to be “in charge” barely acknowledged us, let alone made any effort to help. She literally set a tablet in front of us and walked away for ten minutes like we were supposed to magically figure everything out on our own. When another Verizon associate finally came out from the back, we asked for help — only to be told he couldn’t step in because they work on commission. At that point, the whole situation made perfect sense… and became even more aggravating. So we left. And yes, we made it clear that whatever commission they were worried about just walked right out the door. Because if this is the level of effort they put into customer service, they don’t deserve it anyway. Happy Small Business Saturday! Directly to owner/operations manager: Look at your interior cameras this afternoon. Husband and wife with blue t-shirts and two daughters.

    I visited the store because I could not get my phone to charge Each time I connected to charger. Sean was a person who helped me along with another young man whose name I don’t recall. They explained to me what the problem was with the phone and make sure that I receive the proper promotional information as well as discounts. I had a medical emergency which they responded promptly to Help resolve

    The store opened at 10 AM and I got there at 10:20 AM, there was a man in a denim jacket eating a large salad at the desk in the middle of the room. I had to ask him if he worked there because no one else was there but he did not look like he worked there lol. Like you just got here 20 minutes ago and you already need a snack? Could you have eaten before you got here? And it smelled super strong. The whole thing was just incredibly unprofessional.
