    The store opened at 10 AM and I got there at 10:20 AM, there was a man in a denim jacket eating a large salad at the desk in the middle of the room. I had to ask him if he worked there because no one else was there but he did not look like he worked there lol. Like you just got here 20 minutes ago and you already need a snack? Could you have eaten before you got here? And it smelled super strong. The whole thing was just incredibly unprofessional.

    I just walked into the Zebulon location, picked this one over Knightdale due to reviews, but I had an unfortunate unpleasant first time experience and will be refraining of switching carriers from Cricket to Verizon. I was planning on upgrading my phone from an iPhone 13 to 17 and had some questions about the switch; however, there was 1 individual working and I waited for 20+ minutes while he was assisting 2 seperate customers. I am unsure how their process works on helping the next customer, but I received 0 acknowledgement while waiting (walked around, tried to show interest). I’d like to emphasize that this worker was busy, but I have no idea how a location of this size is working with 1 person and also 0 acknowledgement during my time there is bad customer service to me.
