I walked out with that issue totally resolved, 2 new high-end smartphones, 2 new cases, and a bundle streaming package that's cheaper than I pay for the services individually. He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and got the best deal possible. I didn't feel like he was trying to ’sell me' either - he was genuinely trying the help me, and in the process...I came out on top, and in a better position financially than before I went in! I was so happy when I left the store, I felt like I won the lottery! I was so impressed that I told my husband about him and took him in a couple days later to look at another phone. Tyler came through again—my husband walked out with a new phone, a new iPad, and an even better plan - that actually cost LESS! We both came out winning, all because Tyler went above & beyond for us! Neither of us needed new phones, but Tyler made it impossible NOT TO get new ones, and another iPad! Excellent customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Tyler!! I promise, you'll thank me!

Spencer help us vigorously threw lots of Technical difficulties we had to transfer a line and then get my new Pixel 10 running correctly. He helped us through Versions techs. When we didn't get the help from one corporate tech Spencer immediately called another till we got the help we needed. He stayed with us after the store closed and continued to help us in a professional manor with us and the Verizon technicians on the phone. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 yrs. and Spencer Washington gave me the best Service I have ever received from Verizon. Gerald Lynch WS NC
