- SCS CarminNov 10, 20255.0I recently returned from vacation with a dead iPhone that was less than three years old. The next morning I was at the Verizon store when they opened. I dealt with Tyler Dean. He is professional, personable, and knows his product extremely well! He set me up with a new iPhone 17 and a new iPad Air with cellular service. My monthly bill increased less than $15 and I am a happy customer! Two days later I brought my daughter and son-in-law in. They have 4 phone lines and a tablet. Tyler upgraded everything and cut their monthly bill (with another provider) by over $200. This young man is a credit to Verizon!

I had some issues when I got home and I contacted Dylan and he walked me through the steps. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. 5 Stars is definitely not enough. - ZCZaida ContosOct 30, 20251.0Adam didn’t tell me that I was under contract for the next 3 yrs. Also, it was a trade in your phone for a new one deal, so I gave him my phone and he gave it back to me after I signed and said I could keep it. That’s because he set it up so I paid in full for the new phone over the course of the next 3 yrs, on top of an $80 welcome line. When I came in later to ask about this, he told me that he “fixed” it and now I didn’t owe anything on the new phone, and everything I had paid on it would be applied to my service bill the next few months as a credit. I recently found out that with spectrum I can use the same towers for free for the next 2 years and then at $30/mo after that, so I switched, and it turns out the 3 yr contract I didn’t know about has another 18 mos, so I now owe them $640 for the ‘new’ phone for breaking the contract, after being told my trade in applied. Well, turns out the trade in is only applied month to month. The general customer service at this location is awful, they’ll only time I’ve gotten answers is when I’ve gone to a different store location or called customer service. Absolutely won’t be using Verizon again after the hassle I’ve had for the last 2 years.
