We ended up having to do everything ourselves at home and being content with just one number being ported over. As a last resort we came to Reynolds’s Verizon office seeking help in porting the number since we did everything else ourselves, I believe turner helped us today and he was beyond helpful. Was completely honest with us about how the original rep who sold us the phones most likely forced us to get 2 accounts for his benefit, why only 1 number could be ported, and fixed our phones problem within 15 minutes! Made our day after hours of stress.
