I went in checking on my IPhone which was having issues. Trevor, the representative, was really awesome. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. He was able to process an upgrade for me and took care of all of the details. This included keeping me updated, mailing my new phone to me, and helping me getting it set up over the phone. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his actions. What an excellent store and staff! Verizon should be proud of such a great example of service.
