I had my phone sent there so a tech could do my setup and make sure everything was done completely. I specifically ask the Verizon sales person on the phone when I made the purchase if there was a charge for this and was told NO. That's the whole reason I had phone sent to the store vs my house. The guy refused to set it up without a $38 charge. I was also going to buy several accessories but he walked off. No offer to help with anything! Other two sales people saw me looking at them for help several times and neither got up and offered to help. I will never be in this store again!
