    Absolutely the worst store I have ever been in. When I told the guy I was there to pick up a new phone he was done with me. I had my phone sent there so a tech could do my setup and make sure everything was done completely. I specifically ask the Verizon sales person on the phone when I made the purchase if there was a charge for this and was told NO. That's the whole reason I had phone sent to the store vs my house. The guy refused to set it up without a $38 charge. I was also going to buy several accessories but he walked off. No offer to help with anything! Other two sales people saw me looking at them for help several times and neither got up and offered to help. I will never be in this store again!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Robert Sims at Verizon Wireless, and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. Robert was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly.
