The manager, Aaron, and sales guy, Andy, were both very helpful and accommodating today. Very easy to talk to, solved my problems and got me on my way promptly. Thank you!

I upgraded 2 lines with new phones. They told me my bill would only go up $15 a month so I did it. Just got my bill and it was up $150 more a month. After having to wait 1 hr for service in the store, when I upgraded instead of just transferring my lines to my new phones. They add 2 more lines to my old phones. Thank goodness the people with Verizon over the phone got it straightened out. The workers in the store have no clue. They just want to get a sale. Be careful and really watch what they do to your account. They will tell you one thing and do something else in the stores.

If I could give zero stars I would, I'd give way less than zero if it was possible! I have had the most horrible experience with Verizon, especially since I switched carriers! I have contacted Verizon through phone calls 6 times, I am currently on the phone again as I post this review! After switching carriers I received a letter in the mail stating both of my phones were successfully transferred to my new carrier and successfully disconnected from Verizon as of August 15, 2025. I had been with Verizon for over 20 years!! Since then I have been billed for August, September and October. What makes this worse is the fact that I had a tablet on my account, this tablet was broken and thrown away 4 years ago. When the tablet was no longer, I went into my local Verizon store (Hanes Mall Blvd before they moved to the current store which, by the way, is the most horrible service I have ever had anywhere! This store shouldn't even be open, they can't assist with anything but SELLING you a new phone or TAKING your payment, everything else you MUST CALL) but I had requested for them to remove the tablet and disconnect it's service. I noticed a month or so later it was still there on my account and went in store and requested once again. Even though I was told it was taken care of both times; here we are, 4 years later still paying for that tablet. Now I'm being told that since there were no notes in the system, due to lack of any care by Verizon employees, and that since I had auto-pay on for the last 20 years and received email confirmations when my bills were paid, I'm only getting credit for 3 months of service on the tablet. They will not do more, they're not even considering just wiping the last 3 months bills (since I have switched carriers a little more than 3 months ago). They are only giving the credit for the tablet which may not cover the whole amount owed!!! I have done auto pay with Verizon the whole time I have been with them, not 1 time a day late. They received it every month, 1st of the month, for all 20 years. To only now see I had been overcharged for the last 4 years and no telling what else I overpaid for during the 20 years! Everyone please beware, Verizon will get their money weather they screw you to get it or not, either way they don't care as long as they are paid! Also do not bother filling out their issue resolution contact form they ask you to fill out when they respond to these reviews, they never reach out to you when you fill those out either!!! They want it to look like they care about their "Verizon Family" but in all actuality they only care about what you and yours will be putting in their pockets and you wont get anyone in person or on the phone to prove otherwise. They will not help you anywhere you reach out to them!!!!! I am contacting the BBB, my local news STATIONS and anyone else I know I can reach out to and get this word out!!!!!! SWITCH CARRIERS!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!! IF NOT NOW I PROMISE THEY WILL BEFORE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM IS OVER!!!!

I had to wait for over an hour even though it wasn’t busy, and unfortunately received incorrect information. Disappointing experience overall.

I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years, and this was by far my worst experience. I came in because my charger port had dust inside — something a previous employee at this same store easily fixed in minutes using a small tool. Instead of helping, the manager immediately tried to sell me a new phone. When I explained I just needed the port cleaned, he cut me off and told me to wait. The staff seemed untrained — everyone kept running back to the manager for help — and when a rep finally assisted me, he said I’d need to schedule a “free repair.” The problem was, they said they had to text a verification code to my phone to set up the appointment. My phone was dead — that’s the whole reason I came in! So they couldn’t even complete the appointment setup, and I ended up leaving with no help at all. As a Lyft driver, my phone is essential for work. It was frustrating to be sent away instead of getting the quick, simple help I’d received before. I eventually fixed it myself using an earring tip and a YouTube video. It’s disappointing that after 15 years as a loyal customer, I was treated like my problem didn’t matter. Bad service begins with management and the managers. I strongly suggest new management at this location, because if the managers aren’t trained to be helpful and provide good customer service, then the staff can’t follow that example either. That’s coming from someone who also owns a business and understands how leadership affects service quality.
