  Complete garbage .. if you want to watch a video online get prepared to buy 10$ of data a day. Crap customer service. If they don't know how to fix problem they just say transferring to senior agent but they are just placing you back at the end of the line so you can repeat the same conversation over and over. Been days and I'm still but ing 1.5 to 2 gigs of date in 6 hours. And I have had my phone checked it's fine. Everything I go in someone is in there complaining about the Svs being trash A little update on cricket I was told I had update my plan back from the $30 to the $60 plan in order to keep my internet flowing which I did and it ran out in less than 24 hours.. I'm only using a DoorDash app at night and they told me that it sucks out internet not knowing that I j just left straight talk and I had total before that which is who I'm going back to ASAP and I have never ever had a total wireless phone cut my internet off and I could watch videos all day and night.. I ran a DoorDash app on it all day and half the evening and never ran out of data on their unlimited plan cricket I can't keep one going for 2 days so get ready to spend some massive amount of money. They also will not use your warranty plan or damage phone plan whatever they call it to even look at the phone to see if there's a problem. I've been on multiple cricket phone websites and if you look this is an ongoing issue throughout cricket.. this may be a great phone if you don't plan on doing anything on the internet ever... The customer service line works about 75 80% of the time customer service at their offices or just as useless you get the same answer there's nothing we can do this is the way it is deal with it.. went into one talk to the girl on duty said her manager was gone on vacation literally a manager from another location calls because I'm so mad and she won't even let me speak to her.. I was told I'd have HBO Max for free never got it never one time called about it about 50 times still nothing 3 months later. So please save your money because I know it is hard times right now for most people because you're going to spend a whole lot more if you go to cricket.

  Quick and speedy service and they will help you with all your cell phone needs. I recently went to pay my bill and wasn't even in there for but a few seconds and out the door I came best customer service around when it comes to paying your cell phone bill or buying a cell phone.

  Hannah really helped me a TON she got me all set up and I really appreciated her telling me how much I can save with auto pay and ACP! She so have me a bundle deal on acc which was super helpful when I was short on funds! Go see her!

  Owner of this location please contact me. I'm a former cricket employee and customer with unlimited service plan. Came in and gave Elizabeth over 150 dollars for a new servuce on a galaxy s7...phone doesnt work and lissett .Can't fix or issue refund . phone was NOT tested upon payment completion. Will report to cricket hq and bbb.
