    Gabriel is the best. He is the reason we drive over an hour out of our way when we need to visit a Verizon store. Chat with a Verizon associate via your myverizon account - nope. Talk to anyone else - nope. Gabriel is the best! Patient, knowledgeable, efficient. We can’t recommend him enough and if he ever leaves Russell Cellular - we won’t go back. And our experience is not the exception. I hope they pay him well - he deserves it and more.

    Replaced my dead phone in near record time. I was in a rush and they helped me out - Gabriel moved fast, didn’t waste time trying to sell me things I wasn’t interested in, and I was out the door with a new phone and all contacts transferred in maybe a half hour.

    Gabe and David are great! Gabe has helped me numerous times and again I hope he can with our brand new phone that can’t hold a charge- I know he will get a brand new replacement for it - they always go over the top to help!!!

Although he is often alone as staff in that Store, he has a Gift for efficiently managing and prioritizing Customer needs! Due to his integrity and transparency, I Upgraded my plan as well as my IPhone . He genuinely cares about what he is Doing.
