The next thing I knew I was greeted again buy a young male with a smile in his face . Happy to be there it looked ☺️. His name was Brandon Hoyle. He answered all my questions and even took the time to show my some charging cables. I wish everywhere I shopped had customer service associates like Brandon!

He got on the phone with customer service and asked me questions to help figure out what happened and how he could try and fix it. After 2 hrs 30 mins, he was able to work out something.
