  I normally don’t post anything negative about anyone or any place. But do not go to this location. They will not help you and they will waste your time. For example, last Sunday I for nearly 2 hours and when I finally received some help. That person told me the store is closing soon and she won’t be able to do anything today. Then I went back to the store a few days later trying to get help with my eSIM to transfer from one phone to another she told me she is still learning about her phone and won’t even try to help me at all.

  Went in to cancel service about an hour before closing. Clerk was nice but not the most helpful. All I got was I had to complete it online or call customer service. (He wasnt wrong here, he just didnt go above and beyond to help, maybe limited on what he can provide). I told him I tried that as well as the online chat but I couldn't remember my pin nor could I receive a text to verify it was me. He suggested I go to Marion because his facility doesnt do cancellations but Marion or Ashville can or Corporate. (This is where I was baffled). Anyways, Marion location was able to do an on-site verification and had customer service call me to cancel. Marion was in my opinion, absolute problem solvers with a great manager (5 Stars to Marion!). I wish Spruce Pine was more like Marion.

  They asked questions to make sure they knew what I was looking for. They double checked to make sure it was correct. In and out in 5 minutes. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
