The rep didn't follow processes and messed up the trade in process, thus after 3 trips to the store, 4 calls to Verizon support they keep on overbilling us. They can't handle a simple transaction. STAY AWAY from this store and Verizon. The customer service is the WORST... No one takes ownership. 2 months later, I'm dealing with the same issue. The store can't handle it.
