He helped us upgrade our existing service and get a great deal on 4 brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max phones and actually saved us money. The whole process was quick and easy and so much better than trying to upgrade over the phone directly with Verizon. Definitely recommend going to see Rico if you’re looking for new phones or just want someone who actually takes care of you. He is great at what he does! Thanks Rico!

After having issues trying to change carriers, I was left without cell service from any carrier and was unable to fix it on my own. While he could've easily told me to contact customer service or that I had no option but to change my number (because that would've been the easier and quicker option), he spent 2 hours exhausting every avenue to get me back onto Verizon's network not only under my original account, but with my original phone number. I was able to leave the store as if nothing had happened and I really appreciate the effort he put in even though I wasn't there to buy anything or upgrade to a more expensive plan. His kindness and dedication left me happy with my decision to essentially come back and stick with Verizon and I will absolutely go see him when it comes time to get new phones or if I need help deciding on new plans. Again, thank you so much for everything you did today!

Melvin provided my son and I with great customer service (even though I didn’t get my Pink Barbie 16+, 🤦🏿♀️😂) Melvin handle each one of my questions/concerns with ABSOLUTE GRACE (thank you Melvin) I was actually having a bad day but after Melvin help me with getting a new phone, setting up my account, and answered a few questions regarding promotions and sales - I can definitely say I will be referring any family, friends, and coworkers to Verizon Wireless store on Bright leaf Rd, Smithfield NC for new cellphone service or even existing services because you definitely will not be unsatisfied with the customer service you will receive!
