We were greeted immediately I told them i was in a rush how long would it take because i had a show to perform shortly they said we can do everything you need done and get you out the door with your phone upgrade in about 10 minutes, I thought to myself yea right I have never had any Verizon store get me out in 10 minutes well this store did not disappoint they were very diligent in getting me my new phone and out the door in 10 minutes and that is exactly what they did. Happy Customer here. Fastest turnaround i have ever received from any of the many Verizon stores i have been to in the past, this location has been by far my best experience.
