Two days later still no phone. They initially told me they had the phone there at the store but couldn’t get it to connect to my account. They told me to call Verizon corporate and cancel my order and then they would help me at the store. I tried to do that and the lady at Verizon corporate told me that the store just wanted to get credit for selling me a phone and that the phone was already attached to my account and should be ready for pick up. I went to the Verizon store today to figure out what was going on and they told me today that they don’t even have the phone. They said that it had not even been shipped which is weird because it said it was in stock when I ordered it online and I should be able to pick it up in two hours. The Verizon store employee said that the app is wrong and always is wrong because they have no way of knowing what’s in stock at the store online. I ended up calling Verizon back and canceling the order and the trade-in and will probably just go to a different cell service company.

After waiting for over 30 minutes and people around me who just walked in getting served I walked out. I guess if you come in with with workout clothes on you don’t get service. I won’t make the mistake of going here again. There are plenty of Verizon stores that do a much better job
