We have been with Verizin/Altell for about 16 years , I must say Corey Scott gave us some of the best service we have ever had with Verizon . He was courtious , patient , and he really knows how to service the customer . I was a manager for over 40 years and I would have loved to have had him on any team I ever managed ! Thanks Corey. PS: Verizon you have a real winner in Corey !

We worked with Nick Jackson, who was very patient and explained the different plans and how they would affect our bill. We went to the Shallotte store, which is twenty miles further than the closest Verizon store to us, because Nick had help him the week before with a problem with his phone. Previously we had gone to the Southport Verizon store and saw the manager, Jay . Jay was pushy, rude and he gave us the impression that he was talking down to us. The following day we had to go back to Shallotte Verizon to give them a check to activate our auto pay. Nick was not there but Brianna help us and explained our bill. Brianna was just as efficient and helpful as Nick.
