    Stephen Craig, I used to follow your reviews closely, especially since we live in this part of North Carolina where local businesses genuinely try to provide good service before thinking about profit. Lately, however, it seems your reviews have taken a very negative turn. Over the past three weeks, nearly every review you’ve posted has been unfavorable. I encourage you to pause and reflect on this pattern. Is it truly the businesses, or might it also be influenced by your own frame of mind? Constantly negative reviews don’t just affect reputations — they can harm the very businesses that sustain our neighborhoods. If we drive them away, are we then expected to go all the way to Raleigh or Durham for the same services? Is that really what we want for our community? For my part, I’ve visited some of the stores you’ve mentioned recently, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent — attentive service and genuine care.     Stopped in today to switch 4 lines to Total Wireless. Walked into the store and no one was there. After a couple of minutes a guy came out and said the salesperson would be a couple of minutes because he was installing a battery. About 5 minutes later the salesperson comes in with an attitude like why are you bothering me. I told him I wanted to switch 4 lines that I had the PIN and account number for 3 of the lines and was working on the 4th. He said he could do nothing without them which I again told him I know which is why I am working on the 4th as we speak. His attitude continued to be like I was bothering him. He could have been working on the other 3 lines while I was getting the PIN for the 4th. With his attitude I chose not to do business with them at that location and I would recommend anyone reading this do the same and find a different location.
