The employees were unprofessional and did not seem to be concerned with helping us. We had to put our name on a waiting list to be helped but there were no other customers in the store when we arrived. We came to the store with knowledge of certain promotions offered by Verizon and looking to upgrade 3 lines on our account. The quotes we were given for our trade ins and new bill amounts were way off our expectations. We declined to upgrade with the store and went home and decided to do our upgrade online. The online rep was very professional and we were able to upgrade our 3 lines at a much more discounted price than what was offered in the store. I feel they were trying to take advantage of us and we will not return to this store in future.

I was helped by Jeremiah, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. He was so patient with me and phone saga and was very kind throughout my visit. Him knowing how much time I had already spent trying to fix my phone, he was determined to fix my problem. And fix it he did! I can't show enough appreciation for the time this young man spent helping me!!!
