    My husband and I recently upgraded our phones, which normally is an extremely painful and long process. From the moment we walked into the store, we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was no wait, even without an appointment. Christina was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and found us the best deal for our phone upgrade. This store is a hidden gem compared to the others that are around the Raleigh area. It’s newer, so less crowded, and the sales reps are friendly and don’t make you feel like you are an inconvenience to their day. Highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

    Tymesha and Christina were fabulous! Listened to my concerns and needs and knocked it out of the park. Helped with our bill and we understand every change they did! Honesty is most important……and they were! Helped me so much and I am grateful. We are very excited to try the internet and other options Verizon now has (that I was unaware of) which will save us money vs. Spectrum too! This new location has the best employees and I will continue to come here from now on!!

    Visited the Rolesville Verizon store for the first time, and it definitely won’t be my last. Nick was fantastic: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I’m not the most tech-savvy person and tend to ask a lot of questions, but he handled every one with enthusiasm and clarity. No long waits like at the Wakefield location either - I was in and out without any disruption to my schedule. A solid 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this location!
