    Love this store. Warm, friendly, welcoming, and willing to help in any way they can! Nick, Tymesha, Christina, and Jalen were the perfect team to help us finish our Christmas shopping! And friendly with our pup too! Thanks guys for being the best of the best!! See ya again very soon!!

    Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process of ordering a new device easy and stress-free. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with him if you visit this Verizon store remember to ask for Nick !

    Very disappointing experience at this local, non-corporate Verizon store. It’s important to note that this is not a corporate location, and based on my experience, the lack of oversight shows. From the beginning, there was little transparency. Fees were not clearly explained during the sales process and only appeared at checkout—after two separate trips to the store. What was presented verbally did not match what ultimately appeared on my bill, and when I asked for clarification, I received vague or incomplete answers. Customer service was equally poor. Staff members were dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, an employee was muttering to another staff member, and the associate assisting me walked away without explanation to handle the situation, leaving me unattended. Overall, the focus seemed to be on closing the sale rather than educating or assisting the customer. I expect honesty and professionalism when committing to a mobile service contract, and this location failed to deliver. I strongly recommend visiting a corporate Verizon store or handling transactions directly online to avoid hidden fees and a frustrating experience.

    Came to this location for an appointment with the Business Manager for an account analysis. This was the best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store. Met the store manager Ty. Nick and the Business Manager Eddie helped me. I highly recommend this location for any services. Everyone was very pleasant and informative!! What an A+++++ experience!! Highly recommend this location!!
