    The one star is for our sales lady, she was sweet you can tell she cares about her job and the customers. As for what seemed to be the store lead he was rude, impatient, inconsiderate, and un empathetic. My husband and I got to the store just before 6pm planned on upgrading his phone to the 17 and going on with our day. During the icloud phone to phone transfer our sales lady had asked the store lead if we left if the transfer would continue which i already knew the answer to due to the fact ive worked for a phone store prior doing this same kind of work. He said no with an attitude and then proceeded to say “this is why we don’t do set ups after 6” weather or not this is a true policy rule i have no idea. He then went on about how he’s not staying two hours late so it better get figured out. This is a poor rule, why buisness and the full customer service experience is being denied to customers because the employees are trying to get out of the store at a certain time is beyond me. Mean while there is another customer in the store who had been there sense 3pm transferring data… I then told him the transfer wouldn’t take long because we deleted large attachments prior and my husband was doubling in storage size on his new phone. He then snapped back saying that’s not how it works. Mind you not in all cases of course but in ours we were out of the store not even 15 mins after this awful encounter with the store lead. we left at 7:08. On top of his poor attitude towards us The lady that had been at the store sense 3 decided to go sit in her car for a few minutes and have her husband go inside and wait with the phones. it is probably 7:05 at this point because we where getting ready to leave our selves. She decided she wanted to come back in and sit with her husband and the doors where locked when she acknowledged to store lead she’d like to come back in he yelled to her through the locked doors saying he cannot allow her to come back in because it’s after close, that this is store policy and proceeded to make taunting jokes about how they will take care of her husband . While i understand store policy, common decency is also a thing. This women had spent half of her day in the store with patience and kindness towards everyone involved and that’s how she got treated… absolutely disgusting. that is her husband inside that she has no communication with because her phone in the middle of a transfer. God for bid they needed one another for something. This store needs a fix!!! I have never had such a bad experience with someone of power in a phone store let alone verizon!!! If i where you i’d go to the smaller retailers in our area before going to this corporate store.

    Nice polite employees. Prices for monthly use, even with incentives are a rip off. Try lowering prices without incentives. More customers this way.
