After my visits they always call to check on Maxx. They also offer txt messaging and answer quickly. The staff clearly are all animal lovers and have their own pets in the office as well. They have treats on the counter for you fur baby to calm them as they wait. The wait time has never been more than 19 minutes and I have been to four office visits for shots, a skin infection and grooming. I signed up for the home delivery for his heart work/flea/tick medication. I definitely recommend this office over PetSmart, any other chain or private practice.
