He was unfailing polite, professional and personable even when we asked the occasional idiotic question. He answered every question and concern we had. I have never seen a person multitask so thoroughly and quickly. During a down moment waiting for tech support, we even watched as he helped one fellow employee and encouraged another. If he could train other customer service employees I would be in heaven!!

Not only did she proactively greet me with a warm, welcoming smile (at close to closing, which I know must have been annoying), she is the first person to offer to address a recurring issue FOR me instead of telling me I had to call Verizon on my own. Then, when we realized customer service was closed for the night, she summarized my issues in my account (first person to ever do that) so there was some continuity for my next visit! Kenyja is a keeper!!!!
