- MRMorgen Robbins1 day ago2.0went there due to my apple music not working only had one employee for the whole day, he did try and to help but more people came in and he had to ask the to come back another day and cancel appointments due to not having any support. keep in mind we have been loyal customers over 5 years and we just wanted to be able to use a feature we pay for each month we were there for over 2 hours, the power started to flicker and he called the manger jamie and she told him “ their apple music issues is no an emergency “ which i get but we had been there 2 hours, no resolution he then tried to help again and she did not realize she could be heard as she said again he needed to ask us to come back tomorrow we both work full time , the man who helped us did try to help but being the ONLY EMPLOYEE he did what he could but knowing that he called the district manager and her answer was oh well not emergency tell them to come back i will not be back here. customers is what keeps you in business, after never being late on a bill 5 years upgrading many times and to know the manager just says oh well she is very unprofessional
