    I wish I could give them 0 stars this has to be the slowest, least helpful and most lying, crooked Verizon store I’ve ever dealt with, there has been many other incidents at this store, but the main one was when I went in to get a new iPhone after I had water damage to my other, for reference I have an iPad with cell service. Because of a promotion they had going at the time they told me I could get a new iPad for FREE all I had to do was just pay the taxes and activation fees, well a month later I checked and I was paying $15+ a month to (payoff) the device other than my monthly service payment on it. I’ve had many other people tell me how they have continuously screwed them over! They should be put out of business!

    Brooke was super helpful with a phone that wouldn’t charge up, upgrades available, a new case, screen saver, and help with cell reception in Robbinsville, NC. I need to talk with someone on the phone to discuss a cellular booster. Verizon should provide this free when you only receive 1 bar at your home.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. The workers were out front of the store and smoking cigarettes in my face. They did not even take the time to have me come in and pull up my account. They told me I could not be helped and not to call corporate. I will have my issue fixed at another location and then switch to a new mobile provider after nearly 20 years of service with this company.
