  I’ve been a Verizon customer for over two decades, and honestly, the experience is usually a slog. Living in North Raleigh, I searched for the Verizon store with the best reviews and decided it was worth the 30-minute drive to come to this location. I’m so glad I did. I worked with Christian to make the major switch from Android to Apple, and he was absolutely spectacular—attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and impressively patient. His sense of humor made what could have been a stressful process genuinely fun. I later brought my husband in to upgrade to a new Samsung, and he, too, couldn’t stop raving about Christian. I’ve since recommended this store—and Christian in particular—to many family members and friends. He truly is the best of the best.

  Dawn and Renee were amazing and awesome in helping resolve my issue. Very patient, courteous and kind. Highly recommend them if you are looking looking for coming or upgrading your phone or resolving any issue.

  This Verizon location has extremely helpful staff. Joshua was tentative and helped me find the right phone to fit my needs. He was personable and happy to walk me through all the details and process of switching my phone and get the best plan price for me. Others working in the store were happy to help as well.

  I know I found my store! I walked in and everyone was happy for starters. Very much unlike my previous cell phone carrier. They greeted me with a friendly smile and let me know they would be with me in just a minute, very rare in my experience. When Renee approached me she was sincere and I felt comfortable right away. I was having some tech problems and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden. She was so quick to figure out the problem. And taught me a couple things. While she was configuring my phone, I noticed a great sale going on and Renee assisted me in purchasing some gifts for the family. I know I took up some of her time, but she was so patient and helpful. While in the store, I noticed all the staff seemed to genuinely be enjoying helping the people they were with. We had a great conversation about holiday traditions that seemed to be enjoyed by everyone in the store. Even new customers walked in and chimed in to the conversation. I would give 10 stars if I could! Great store, staff, and sales!!!!!

  I had an excellent experience at this store recently and Thanks to Nes for making my experience memorable. She is very knowledgeable and very detailed in her approach. Not to forget it is also very fun to work with Nes. She helped me to get couple of phones, watch including lines and home internet. The whole experience was very seamless, thanks to her thorough knowledge on the products, offers and the process. She guided and helped me to get right deals/offers for my needs. Infact my home is slightly far from this store and I was bit skeptical at first to visit this store but I'm glad that I made the right decision to go there and glad to have met with Nes and her team. I plan to continue working with them. Thanks Nes for your wonderful support.
