    I had an outstanding experience at the Morrisville Verizon store thanks to Dawn and Denise. My situation was complicated, and Dawn spent the entire day helping me navigate it. She made multiple calls, coordinated across departments, and stayed patient and professional through every hurdle. Without the foundation she built, none of the progress afterward could have happened; her dedication and attention to detail are rare in customer service today. When Dawn had to leave for the evening, Denise immediately stepped in and carried everything across the finish line. She made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and ultimately helped me get my number back. The handoff was seamless, and it was clear that both of them take tremendous pride in their work. These two are among the most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever worked with at any carrier. If you need a phone, an upgrade, or help with an issue, ask for Dawn and Denise. Their level of care and commitment reflects incredibly well on Verizon, and experiences like this are why customers stay loyal.

    I always dread getting a new phone. The process is as complex and time-consuming as buying a car or house. Not this time. My rep was Christian and he honestly could not have done anything to make the buying experience better! He went out of his way to find the iPhone 17 pro make /model I was looking for (not easy due to the demand), found it at another store, then personally picked it up so I’d have my new phone before going out of the country. He even proactively looked at my plan and managed to get me better services for a lower monthly fee. Overall he made the transaction fast, seamless, and easy. In fact, everything was done remotely! I just had to pick up the phone. Christian’s awesome partner Renee connected my old phone with the new one, started the data transfer, and said “You can go home - by the time you get there everything will be done.” And, it was! If you need anything from Verizon, go to this location and ask for Christian. He’s the gold standard for customer experience.

    Hi, This was the most fantastic customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone at the store was friendly. Dawn was very sweet & helpful when I stopped by for something & Denise was off that day. Dawn helped me add a feature to my plan I needed and was very kind. Denise was AMAZING!!! She was so sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! My situation was much more complicated than most ,but she handled it with grace under pressure. She is great at multitasking and such a hard worker! I have worked in the hospitality industry for 50 years & this was my best experience anywhere. If I could give Denise 10 stars I would.
