    Walked in ready to buy TWO brand new iPhones and went to the front where there were 4 people all standing around. We told them what we were there for and they all looked around at each other and pushed us off to each other. None of them wanted to help us and instead told us we could look around and someone would help us in a minute. Extremely disappointed in the attitude and lack of service they had so we decided to walk out after we waited around.

    I have NEVER left a review on any place but my frustration and dissatisfaction with this store warrants a review. My husband and I visited this store to do a few things; buy a new phone for my husband and join the same plan (as we were both on our parents plans before getting married). When explaining this to the employee they VERY QUICKLY rushed through the process on how we have to do the entire process ourselves over the phone. My husband and I sat on the phone back and forth with our families and Verizon support trying to figure this out ALONE. When we stopped to ask the employee a question, as we were very confused and this process was not straight forward, he very rudely responded with a response that was not helpful again. After realizing we were not getting help here, we left and went to a second Verizon location. This locations employee was slightly more helpful but we were still left to be on the phone with Verizon customer support. We sat on the phone for WELL OVER AN HOUR, most of which was holding. At the end of the call we were told the system was down and they could not help us regardless. After spending four hours out of the house with a 6 month old and still not accomplishing anything we were trying to do, we left and went to T-Mobile. T-Mobile was able to help us do EVERYTHING we needed with very friendly and helpful staff! Both my husband and I wanted to stay with Verizon but I don’t know if we will ever go back after what we went through with them!

    Horrible service. The person that we talked to rushed through about 20 steps and then left us to go help someone else. Once we finished with the steps, he gave us a snobby attitude and proceeded to be useless to our needs. If he was kind enough to have shared his name i would love to call him out in this review.

    My husband I came in this weekend to upgrade our phones and watches. Brandon was an amazing help! Not only did he get us squared away but definitely made sure that we got the best out of our deals and the most information possible. While there we upgraded our internet because of the information presented to us by Brandon. Very professional and informative, a huge help! I was very pleased by my experience with Brandon and this Verizon location!

    Zach at the Verizon store on Western Extension is THE BEST! I have teenage girls with multiple phone issues over the years and Zach has helped us on multiple occasions and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is patient and professional always is able to guide us and help us fix the problems. I’ve dealt with many in the tech field and I’m not tech savvy and almost none are helpful at all. Zach is knowledgeable and that makes ALL the difference!! Thanks Zach! - a grateful mother
