Was immediately told they could not help with online orders and proceeded to try and educate me on basic business practices as if I had never owned a phone before. Left even angrier with the company than I had entered... Turns out (after I left) I realized when I was copying my order number in online, a stray space was in there, thus preventing the system from letting me view it. If they had just treated me like a normal person, I would have left there reassured about my new relationship with verizon. Instead I'm left questioning if I've made a huge mistake by switching to a callous carrier.

He listens, understands, and solves. His service comes with a smile and a friendly tone every time. He is doing his job well and goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is taken care of completely. In a world of declining customer service, he shows a respect that proves there is an appreciation for loyalty and longevity for using their services.
