    My dad and I went in today for a new phone and Stanley W. was SUCH a great sales associate! He walked us through the entire process and prioritized the best possible plan for us and was engaging and kind as we waited for everything to go through! He was such a lovely gentleman and made an otherwise annoying task/errand memorable and helpful!! Definitely recommend!

    We had a claim for a damaged watch through Asurion. I know that is a separate entity, but after several frustrating days trying to file the claim, I went to the Hope Mills store for help. Daniel was very patient, and was extremely helpful-sorting our issues from the Verizon end. After setting up the replacement watch it didn’t show up in My Verizon. Another trip to the Hope Mills store and help from Patrick solved that problem. Both of these associates went out of their way to help us, and we are very grateful. This is one reason we have been Verizon customers for 25 years.
