- EBErin BennardDec 16, 20251.0Walked in to get help with an online trade and new phone order. Salesperson was playing a game on her phone. When I told her our issue, she never once asked for our account number or my phone number. When I asked if she had a Verizon support phone number I could call to work the problem out together she shrugged and said she didn’t have one. So I looked it up on the Verizon app myself. I spent 38 min on speakerphone with a Verizon customer service rep who essentially screwed my account up while the salesperson played a game and shrugged like she was clueless about it all (which she was). She told me “when you order a phone to be delivered to a store you’re not really ordering a phone so the one you ordered online wont be delivered here”. And to make it even better, she was VAPING in the store while she was “helping” me with what should be a simple issue. Never once did she try to access my account or ask for an order number. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Elizabeth, in particular, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our new cell phone plan and phones. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I was hesitant about purchasing a new phone, but Elizabeth made the entire process enjoyable. She even went above and beyond by helping us set up parental controls for my daughter's new phone. Elizabeth's customer service was truly wonderful, and I also want to commend the store for being clean and well-stocked. Thank you Elizabeth and staff for providing such a positive experience.
