- IIICFILMS4 days ago5.0I came into Verizon store on 2711 S. Main HP NC with multiple issues going on with my service being falsely interrupted and my account having unauthorized charges to it. I talked to a service rep. Mr. Elwood Key , he helped me contact multiple representatives on the phones for hours , 3 hours 15 min exactly we were transferred multiple times through different agents but he still waited patiently with me and made sure we got to the right avenue to get my problem solved. I greatly appreciated his services and he made my problems his problems until it wasn’t anymore. Great store , great environment, excellent workers and services. 10/10 highly recommend
