    I went in to trade in my old phone with my 4 kids in tow (they are 10, 8, 6, and 3). The staff were incredibly understanding and worked hard to get us out of there quickly. I worked with Omar he was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all the changes to my bill and made sure I understood. I would definitely recommend this location.

    Went in yesterday morning already anxious but I was immediately greeted and helped. Matt took all the time I needed to help me make choices and surprisingly, he easily understood my ADHD explanation of what I was looking for perfectly. I got exactly what I needed and I walked out happy. I never felt rushed or dumb for any of the questions I asked. A day later and the transition to a new phone has gone smoother than I expected. I’m not dumb but switching from a five year old Samsung to an IPhone 16 was an experience. It is exactly what I’ve been needing for my small business. I don’t want to go on too long but I wanted to make sure and share my positive experience. In this economy we all have so many choices where to spend our money that it can be overwhelming. Everyone who worked here is polite and actively looking for ways to work together intuitively which says a lot about the training and leadership at this branch. I definitely recommend going by and asking for Matt if you have any questions or are looking for an upgrade. I plan on probably going back this week and taking advantage of another opportunity he mentioned that is potentially going to save me hundreds of dollars a year. That kind of savings adds up over time. 10/10

    I got great help from Dakota today. He was quick to understand the problem and he covered all the bases to be sure it’s all solved. On top of that, he’s very enjoyable to work with. I learned a lot!

    By far the worst experience I have ever had. Their sales people use LIES to make the sale. I came in to buy a 2 new phones cash. I always pay cash and sell my previous phone on my own. While in there they were asking questions: have I ever upgraded before? How long have I been a Verizon customer?Etc. Then when looking up my account they told me they would like to offer me the same deal they were giving new customers with the trade ins on their phones. Of course I asked, "what is the catch?" They responded that there wasn't a catch cause I was a good customer for almost 7 years with no upgrades. They told me that I would owe the difference or could pay it in payments, my call. If I chose payments, I could pay it off as soon as I'd like. Again I asked if there were any catches, and they again said absolutely not. So I took them for their word. Here we are 7 months later, and I ended Verizon. They raised my bill twice in 1 year since doing this taking away my corporate discounts for no reason. They sent another notification saying it would be going up yet again, so I had enough. I called Verizon a week before cancelling and they gave me the balance left on the phone(the amount I expected), and I asked if I could pay it right then, and they said it would be on my final bill. My final bill came, and its for the FULL retail amount. Of course I am immediately pissed. I go to the store the following day for the salesperson to be extremely defensive and rude. Told me I signed up for 3 years. They said tough luck. Mind you I only ever received a receipt for buying the phones. Never received a 3 yr locked in agreement. So they steal my perfectly good working phones I could have sold on my own as it shows I have $0 value on them now and they are charging me full price on the phones minus what I have paid. Of course this contradicts what Verizon customer service told me. Now that my account is closed I can't challenge anything. Absolute CROOKS! NEVER would recommend anyone to go to this store.
