    Came into this Verizon for a few questions regarding the travel pass option and SIM card information for traveling. Walter, the new store manager, was able to help answer all my questions and he was super patient and knowledgeable on all the travel benefits and plans.     Apparently they don’t handle billing issues and you’re forced to wait on hold forever with the corporate office to fix any issues. If you’re able to sign people up for plans, there’s no reason not to have the ability to access billing.

    Alexus was absolutely on top of setting me up with my purchase of I-phone 17 pro Max. She gave me an orientation of tips that were new to me from beginning to end. As a customer of Verizon for 38 years, I have always had excellent service with all of the team members. This team greeted folks as they entered then clarified what their needs were today, then asked them to wait giving them an idea of how long they would need to wait before the team member was available. They provided service with an enthusiastic greeting! Exceptional service in this store. A big thank you to Alexus for her sale and set up of my products! She was top notch! Also, Noah, team member, also delightful with his customer and the service he was providing to his customer. This afternoon has been a winner for me!
