    My experience at the Victra store was top notch. I got taken care of quickly but more importantly the representative made me feel as if I was the only person in the store despite it being busy. Eric was also phenomenal as he made sure all my needs were taken care of.

    The manager was demeaning and dismissive. The salesperson was distracted. These people are only interested in making sales. If you ordered online or are having a time consuming problem, they pawn off your problem back to you to solve by giving you a telephone number to call because they don't want to waste their time helping with involved issues when they can be making a commission on sales.

    I overheard them belittling my 70 year old father over speakerphone. They lied and made accusations. They questioned his faculties to his face and were outright gleeful. They knew exactly how they were behaving. Verizon should be ashamed to hire any of them them from the manager on down.

    Employee Eric Hazleton of Verizon has been nothing but helpful and professional with assisting me with any concerns that I may have!! He has been my go to person for the last 9 years ! He definitely goes beyond the call of duty to make sure his customers are taken care of !!! So deserving of all the company has to offer him and more!! Very courteous and kind. Awesome teamwork!!
