I was asked to try their Internet and was told that if I didn't like it just drop it by the store.. When I tried to return it today, I was told that I have to called a number to get an ok to return it and then take it to UPS. I'M STOPPING ALL MY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND BLOCKING THEM FROM MY BANK.. EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO IT ALSO. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

He gets the phone then ask me if my wife is with me. Why? She has to pick it up. Then why did you require her to approve the purchase online to start with. No were does it say that I can't pick up my phone. Guy had An attitude. I'll be cancelling my service with Verizon due to this issue.
