    I was lied by Phillip, Alisha and Paris at the store on Elton Way in Greensboro. Their service and phones suck. I was asked to try their Internet and was told that if I didn't like it just drop it by the store.. When I tried to return it today, I was told that I have to called a number to get an ok to return it and then take it to UPS. I'M STOPPING ALL MY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND BLOCKING THEM FROM MY BANK.. EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO IT ALSO. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

    We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jarrett at Verizon twice now, and each time he’s been outstanding. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient—everything you’d want in someone helping with your phone or service needs. On top of that, he’s genuinely fun to talk to and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Jarrett clearly knows his stuff, and we’re always confident we’re in good hands with him

    First this was an upgrade. Account in wife's name. So I ordered online which required my wife to approve the order. But when I get there. He gets the phone then ask me if my wife is with me. Why? She has to pick it up. Then why did you require her to approve the purchase online to start with. No were does it say that I can't pick up my phone. Guy had An attitude. I'll be cancelling my service with Verizon due to this issue.
