Ordered a watch, he said it couldn't be sent directly to my house (a lie) so I reluctantly agreed to have it sent to the store. Well about 5 days later, and multiple customer service agents, they determined there was an issue with my order and had to order another one. The customer service agent over the phone had no issue sending it directly to my house. So another 4 days later I finally had the watch, no thanks to this store.
