He was patient and provided an immense amount of information and options to choose from. Very professional, and super empathetic. He asked me questions that helped me save money on non-verizon services while also steering me and my wife in the right direction towards the right Verizon services and phones for my family. He kept me and my wife balling in tears laughing while he set up our phones. He has followed up with me 2x since getting my service with Verizon. He even helped my wife over the phone recover her contacts after store hours. Top Notch. Best customer service provided in any place of business that I have experienced in my life. Whoever reads this, dont let go of this guy. All my family and friends will be referred to this location and specifically to Aaron.
