- JCjonathan Castor-PinedaAug 30, 20251.0I wasn’t gonna do this after the first one but now within the same week twice in a row the staff here have been extremely unsupportive and rude, first I had a guy I forgot his name who instead of helping me upgrade a phone he just tried to sell me another line telling me that I would only get like 250 for my phone I told him that the app said I would get 650 and he said no you have a lower tier phone most you would get is 350 I then pulled out my phone and showed him and he said if you want to do it on the app go ahead, as I proceeded with the order he just watched me and asked how much did they give you, I showed him the 650 and he said oh cool and walked away. Then I left the store. The second time I was assisted and I say that loosely, I wanted to turn in a phone and a WiFi box and I had called prior asking if this was doable and they said yes then I show up and she asks for my number, makes a weird face and asks for my number again then says yah we can’t do it you’ll have to mail it yourself, but I can help with the phone turn in, she gave me a receipt with 200 dollars off the turn in, when I asked why she said you did it online? Sorry can’t help you and walked away. I was honestly shocked that customer service in a store could be so bad, I really thought about switching till I called customer service and they helped me out no problem, but this was really bad. I see it in the most recent reviews as well I hope this store makes some changes before customers start leaving
