- LLLocal Quality Roofing LLC1 day ago1.0I paid for 5 new devices, on my business plan and this local store transferred data to one of the new devices it was not supposed to go to and then had the main business lines text messages going to an employee’s phone (duplicate and the phone calls going there. They wiped all of the phone numbers off of the companies main cell phone line, which caused a breach of information and a loss of a long term relationship. When they reached out, had no way of identifying the incoming call and they were offended, we do not know who they were. We have requested customer retention or a manager to contact us and spent 20+ hours transferring contacts 1 by 1 and they refuse to put us through to customer retention or a supervisor. Last 6 hour call to Verizon, at 4.5 hours they brought Apple on the line and hung up on the call, after giving them all false data. I recommend anyone who has them to search other options to leave and if you don’t have them, I don’t recommend using them. They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
