There had been some issues with Verizon since I made that switch, unfortunately…Luckily, Matthew was able to help me out and he called Customer service and got everything handled. It’s very frustrating having phone issues, but to have someone who’s actually understanding and tries their best to get the situation handled is very reassuring. Matthew’s communication was great and he made sure he had all his facts right straight before talking to customer service so everything can go as smoothly as possible.
