    Ms. Lauren & Ms. Sheena hands down best customer service. Both made multiple calls got out in hold more than a few times but got everything g taken care of for me and sent me home with an exactly what I came in for. Thanks to the both of your for your excellent work

    Patrick provided the worse customer service. I am a new customer and he did not give me the warm and fuzzy about switching to Verizon. I had to go to a different store and get someone else to fix his mistakes. He didn't transfer my tablet or watch lines. Now I have to call customer service such a inconvenience.

    Here to shout out Matthew! I had a wild time trying to get a phone online, and when that didn’t work he made getting one in store insanely easy, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Have heard other costumers enjoy their experience in the store as well!

    I recently switched to Verizon about a month ago and I switched because I was having issues with my carrier before. There had been some issues with Verizon since I made that switch, unfortunately…Luckily, Matthew was able to help me out and he called Customer service and got everything handled. It’s very frustrating having phone issues, but to have someone who’s actually understanding and tries their best to get the situation handled is very reassuring. Matthew’s communication was great and he made sure he had all his facts right straight before talking to customer service so everything can go as smoothly as possible.

    Great experience here! Timothy helped me out today and he was great! He was extremely kind from the very beginning and very patient with my issue which took a little extra time due to the nature of it. He never once made me feel like a burden and made the process seamless. The reason for me coming in today had dampened my mood, but the positive and kind vibes of Timothy, Sheena, Lauryn and Lawrence boosted my mood and I left feeling grateful I had tackled something I had been avoiding, and that I chose this location to help me with it. I was recommended this location by a friend and I will continue to pay it forward and recommend them any chance I get.
